EASA Services

Our Educational Advocacy & School Accountability program is called: Parent Engagement, Advocacy, Communication & Equity

Powered by the P.R.E.S.S.U.R.E.™ Framework

The P.E.A.C.E.™ Program is a comprehensive educational advocacy and school accountability service designed to support families whose children are experiencing academic, behavioral, emotional, or systematic challenges within the school setting. We provide expert guidance and strategic interventions and professionally applied pressure to ensure every student receives the service, support and equitable treatment they deserve.

At its core, P.E.A.C.E.™ is built on the belief that every child deserves dignity, structure, and a fair opportunity to succeed, and that families should never have to navigate complex educational systems alone. Through direct support, expert consultation, and purposeful guidance, the program bridges communication gaps between home and school while elevating student-focused solutions.

To ensure real, measurable progress, the P.E.A.C.E.™ Program operates using the P.R.E.S.S.U.R.E.™ Framework—a strategic model that applies Proactive, Research-Based, Evidence-Informed, Support-Oriented, Student-Centered, Understanding, Regulation-Focused, and Equitable practices to every case. This framework provides a structured, data-driven method for intervention and advocacy, ensuring that all decisions align with educational law, best practice, and the student’s best interest.

About EASA (P.E.A.C.E. Program)

Dr. J.J. Green’s passion for educational advocacy was born long before she ever stepped into a classroom as a professional. As a mother, educator, administrator, and community leader, she has spent nearly two decades standing in the gap for children who needed someone to speak for them, guide them, protect them, and ensure they received the support they deserved. Her journey has woven together expertise, experience, and empathy in a way that uniquely equips her to serve families navigating the school system today.

With almost 20 years of experience in K–12 education, Dr. Green has served as a teacher, instructional leader, behavioral administrator, dean, youth pastor, and consultant. She has led crisis teams, supported special education departments, partnered with mental health providers, and coached teachers and administrators through some of their most challenging cases. She has advocated for hundreds of students—those with disabilities, those experiencing trauma, those battling behavioral and emotional struggles, and those often overlooked or misunderstood by the system.

Her approach is grounded not just in training, but in lived reality. As a mother of three children of her own and a bonus mother who plays an active role in her blended family, she understands the deep fears, frustrations, and hopes that parents experience when their child is struggling. She has personally navigated the school system in multiple roles—parent, educator, decision-maker, and advocate—and she has seen both the best and the worst of how schools respond to students in need.

It is this combination of educational expertise, personal experience, compassion, and spiritual calling that fuels her work. When Dr. Green enters a room—whether an IEP meeting, behavior conference, or crisis discussion—she brings clarity, accountability, and peace. She is able to interpret educational language, identify system failures, redirect ineffective interventions, and ensure that decisions being made truly support the child’s best interest.

But above all, her passion comes from a place of purpose. Dr. Green sees her work as ministry as much as it is professional practice. She believes deeply that every child is created with purpose, every family deserves support, and every school has a responsibility to provide equitable, effective, and compassionate care. Her heart is for the child who is misunderstood… the parent who feels unheard… and the educator who wants to do the right thing but needs guidance.

Dr. Green’s strength lies in her ability to combine expert knowledge, bold advocacy, and gentle wisdom. She is firm when necessary, compassionate always, and unafraid to apply professional pressure when systems fail to respond. Families trust her because she fights for them. Schools respect her because she comes prepared, knowledgeable, and solution-focused. Children benefit because she helps adults create environments where they can finally succeed.

For Dr. J.J. Green, this work is not a job. It is a calling, a commitment, and a mission to ensure no child slips through the cracks—and no parent walks this journey alone.
